統合失調症のゲノム解析に関しては、いわゆるケースコントロール研究だけでなく、統合失調症の中間表現型のゲノム解析も多数行っています。COCOROをはじめとする国内外の多数の共同研究機関から、サンプルの提供を受けて研究を行うとともに、多数の研究機関にサンプルを提供して共同研究を推進しています。ゲノムデータに付随する中間表現型情報は、日本一の質と量であり、興味のある方は、様々な解析を行うことができます。
